great location helpful staff fresh breakfast
The location allowed easy access to local attractions and public transport. The staff was helpful and always available (they provided quick assistance with directions). I found my room clean and well-kept. The breakfast selection had good variety with fresh options.

small room dirty air-conditioning
the room i had was quite small. the bathroom flooded after each shower. the air conditioning seemed quite dirty and did not work well (i worry about the air quality).

unpleasant odor poor shampoo quality
I found a distinct lack of maintenance. the bathroom was unfinished and cleanliness was not a priority. towels were old and smelled unpleasant, suggesting inadequate washing. This was unacceptable. the carpet was outdated, dusty, and walking on it after a shower felt unsanitary. The electrical outlets were loose, some nearly falling out. i also noticed a strong, unpleasant odor, likely due to poor cleaning. there was poor shampoo quality, dusty carpet
